Slooooks! is a brand new game that will enhance vocabulary skills for students of all levels. Foreign language teachers from kindergarten through high school love the versatility that Slooooks has to offer. With virtually no set up or clean up required, Slooooks is the perfect game to play whether you have a whole class period to play it, or just ten minutes. Slooooks! consists of a beautifully designed binder/board that consists of two spin wheels and a hourglass timer. One wheel consists of colors and the other is made up of all 26 letters from the alphabet. The tradional way to play Slooooks! is with two to four players. The first player spins both of the spin wheels and will land on a color and letter. At this time the hourglass is flipped upsidedown. The player has until the hourglass runs out to find something in the room that not only starts with the letter they landed on, but is also the color they landed on as well. For example, if the first spin wheel lands on yellow(Amarillo) and the second spin wheel lands on the letter B, they have until the hourglass runs out of time to find something in the classroom that starts with the letter B and is yellow(Amarillo). Slooooks! can be played a variety of ways depending upon the age and skill level of your students as well as whether you want to make Slooooks! a whole class activity or a small group activity. Instead of playing in groups of two to four, teachers can play Slooooks! with the whole class by dividing students up into four groups and have students rotate turns. Teachers can customize the game by limiting students to only answer Instructions included detail how to play Speed Slooooks!, Challenge Slooooks!, and Mind Slooooks!, to make the game difficult for even your brightest students.
